After confirming the return of the product, we refund the payment within three business days.
If you have paid with your credit card, we will cancel your credit card authorization, thereby prohibiting the payment from being charged.
(However, the amount can be charged in line with the settlement date of the credit card. In this case, the amount shall be refunded by the credit card company when the payment of the credit card is charged in the following month.)

Side-effects after using the product
-In case of returning the product due to skin problems, refund shall be possible only if you send a dermatologist's statement specifying ‘the problem caused by the relevant product’ pursuant to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standard No. 2014-4 published by Fair Trade Commission within 20 days after returning the product.
-Refund shall be possible only when the product remains more than two-thirds of the total content.
